- One-step B2B conversion – the order form verifies and immediately sends clear data to the client's email.
- German Legal Kit – all mandatory pages and privacy policies are formatted according to German standards.
What We Did
We built a compact yet "stretchable" catalog. As of today it has a dozen items, and it has potential to feature hundreds of items—without the need to migrate to another platform or utilize additional costs. Navigation is built on the "two clicks to the product" principle, which is critical for B2B customers looking for a specific holder, not just window shopping.
- Clear category hierarchy. On the main catalog page, each section is displayed as a preview card with a photo and a brief description, so the user can instantly understand where to find the desired product.
- Variable product pages. One holder — one product page. The client selects the length and diameter from a dropdown list, and the price and SKU update automatically.
- "Related Products" block. The system automatically suggests alternatives and compatible models. This increases the average order value and makes it easier to navigate the product range.
- Out-of-the-box e-commerce. The catalog is already linked to the shopping cart, dynamic shipping calculation, and promo codes—all that's needed to start selling is to enable online payments.
The owner can flexibly change the conditions, and the buyer sees the final amount immediately. We implemented a self-configuring cart:
- Instant price recalculation. When a customer selects the holder's length or diameter, the amount in the cart updates instantly—no "surprises" at the checkout stage.
- Automatic shipping calculator. The shipping price changes depending on the total order amount. The logic can be configured in a couple of clicks in the WordPress dashboard.
- Flexible settings. All rates, taxes, and currencies are set in the admin panel through familiar forms – no technical knowledge required.
- Promo codes for promotions. The buyer enters a coupon in the voucher field and receives a discount. The owner has a simple tool for sales and lead magnets without third-party services.
The cart has become convenient for the customer, saving time on manual recalculations.
The client sells exclusively to legal entities. Therefore, we integrated a VAT-ID (European VAT payer number) check directly into the order form. The website works with the right audience from the start, and the client doesn't have to waste resources filtering out non-profile orders.
- Automatic validation. The system checks the entered VAT-ID against the VIES database; if there's an error, it displays a hint, preventing the order from being completed.
- Protection from "accidental" purchases by individuals. Unwanted applications are filtered out even before the "Pay" button is clicked.
- Saves manager's time. The owner receives only relevant B2B requests, not a list of forms for manual verification.
To ensure the owner doesn't waste time manually processing unnecessary fields, we left only what is truly needed for a B2B purchase. The result — an order can be placed in less than 1 minute.
- Three clicks to submit. Catalog → select variation → cart → confirmation.
- Structured e-mail notification. The subject line contains the SKU and company name. The body of the email includes all selected parameters and contact details for the invoice.
- Ready for growth. For now, email is sufficient. When scaling, we can connect WooCommerce → CRM with a single plugin without any rework.
German e-commerce is strictly regulated – without the necessary pages, a store risks fines. We immediately included a full "legal package" and formatted it according to current German templates: Impressum (mandatory company details), Datenschutzerklärung (privacy policy), Widerrufsrecht (consumer's right of withdrawal), AGB (general terms and conditions).
- We placed the documents in the footer and adapted them for the mobile version.
- The text can be edited in the WordPress admin panel without a developer's help.
- We minimized risks – the website complies with German regulations from day one of sales.
We immediately got the technical foundation into the "green zone" so the owner could focus on content rather than fixing code.
-
ontent rather than fixing code.
- Clean H1-H3 hierarchy + user-friendly URLs. Search engines can easily understand what each page is about.
- Meta tags and Open Graph are editable via the admin panel. Title, description, social media previews — all in two clicks.
- Auto-sitemap and robots.txt. Generated automatically, simplifying indexing.
- Core Web Vitals in the "green" zone. The mobile version's loading passes Lighthouse checks without edits. The site will be easily indexed by search engines.
The result – the site is ready for SEO promotion and paid advertising without additional technical work.

Turnkey Approach
"We don't just build websites — we take the headache away from the client. One contact → a ready-to-use sales tool." Our team handled the entire work cycle – from template selection and brand styling to hosting setup and content population. The client didn't have to deal with technical intricacies:
- One contractor, one deadline. No need to coordinate designers, developers, and hosting providers.
- Ready to go immediately after launch. Orders are sent to email, legal pages and the SEO foundation are already in place.
- Built-in growth potential. Expanding the catalog or connecting a CRM will not require rework.
We believe in balanced solutions: simple at the start, scalable in the future. In this project, this approach proved itself 100%.
- Speed – page load ≤ 1.5 seconds (Lighthouse "green zone").
- Convenience – works equally fast on smartphones and desktops.
- Ready for growth – the catalog can be expanded without code. CRM/ERP can be connected with a single module.
- Project Status – the first stage is complete. The site is already bringing in its first B2B orders.
What the client says:
"The site works as it should. Customers quickly find the right product, place an order in a couple of minutes, and I get a clear email and immediately issue an invoice. Minimum manual work — maximum benefit."
