SoleaBrickellSpa Website Promotion & Development: How Webdelo Took Client Flow from Zero to Hundreds Each Month
Solea Brickell Spa
About the Client
Back in July 2022, the owner of SoleaBrickellSpa reached out to us with a major headache: their website was barely generating any leads. It was practically invisible to potential clients, and the tech side of things was a hot mess. Our mission was crystal clear: to transform their website into a client-attracting powerhouse.

We kicked things off with a deep dive. Turns out, the previous contractor left a trail of chaos:
- Website indexing was all messed up. robots.txt and sitemap.xml files were configured incorrectly, leading to duplicate pages popping up in search results. For example, /fillers-botox.php and /fillers-botox existed simultaneously, totally confusing search engines. Plus, the antivirus kept flagging the site, and 30 previously accessible pages suddenly started throwing 404 errors.
- The blog was inactive. All blog articles were tied to the previous contractor's server. This meant images weren't loading, alongside links led to non-existent pages or placeholders. Google's cache showed some content was unique, but most of it was straight-up plagiarism.
- "Canonical domain" wasn't set up. The main site mirror (with and without www) wasn't configured, causing indexing issues and messing with link juice distribution.
- No basic SEO optimization. A lot of pages were missing proper meta tags, the canonical tag was nowhere to be found, and lazy loading for images (loading="lazy") wasn't configured.
- Admin issues galore. The corporate Google Mail was set up on the old contractor's account, and there was no access to Search Console.
- Ran a full technical audit. We pinpointed every single critical error that was holding the site back from ranking.
- Migrated the site to new hosting. We set up accounts under the client's name (reg.com, GoDaddy), backed up the file system, and moved it to a new, more reliable hosting service right here in the USA. This stabilized the site's performance and got the images on the homepage working again.
- Fixed indexing problems. We consolidated the site mirrors (redirecting from www to non-www), removed pages ending in .php and set up redirects, cleaned up 173 duplicate links to the homepage, and updated the sitemap.
- Restored and optimized the blog. We identified the unique articles, re-coded them from scratch, changed the URL structure to something more readable (/blog/article instead of /blog-article-numbers), and set up redirects from old addresses to new ones.
- Squashed technical bugs. We blocked the developer's website link in the footer from indexing and fixed 110 internal links that were causing redirects.
- Set up Google My Business. We checked and optimized the profile, which is huge for local SEO.
- Secured control over tools. We got full access to Google Search Console and corporate email, setting them up under the client's account.
After cleaning up the tech mess, we zeroed in on content.
- Developed a content plan. We identified priority services for promotion based on competitor analysis and target audience needs.
- Started crafting fresh service texts. Endospheres Therapy and Permanent Make-up were first up. We didn't just churn out words; we dove deep into the nitty-gritty of each procedure. For Permanent Make-up, for instance, we hit the client with specific questions about techniques, equipment, and master qualifications to create truly expert and convincing content.
- We completely flipped our content creation approach. Instead of just describing services, we honed in on writing articles about common issues folks face, like acne, anti-aging wrinkles, muscle pain, or unwanted body hair. The goal was to build out a whole section that would gather informational clusters around these problems, offering valuable insights and naturally guiding readers towards the relevant services offered by SoleaBrickellSpa. This fresh take let us cast a wider net for search queries and pull in an audience who might not have known about specific services but were actively looking for solutions to their "pain points".
- Highlighted the importance of visuals. We emphasized that for many services, before/after photos and process videos are absolutely crucial. This helps potential clients make a decision and showcases our expertise.
Step 3: Ongoing Improvement & Optimization
SEO is not a one-and-done deal. After seeing the initial results, we kept grinding to improve the site:
- Meta tag refinement. We systematically checked and fixed duplicate Titles, H1s, and Descriptions to ensure every page was unique and relevant for search engines.
- Semantic core work. We continued to gather semantics, cluster queries, and track site rankings for keywords.
- Implementing new functional elements. We suggested adding "before/after" blocks for services, video functionality, and a "Membership" section for their loyalty program.
- Fighting spam. We added a captcha to the site to filter out those pesky spam submissions.
- WordPress migration. The plan was to move to WordPress for easier content management and future scaling.
- Recovery after a virus attack. In May-June 2023, the site got hit with a virus. We quickly cleaned up the mess, got the site back online, and fixed image display issues on a bunch of pages.
Step 4: Aggressive Promotion & Performance Growth
Our hard work paid off, and the results started rolling in fast:
Traffic and impression surge. By October 2022, we hit a new peak in organic search impressions. By September 2023, impressions shot up by 17,000 compared to the previous month, signaling a massive increase in site visibility.

- By December 2023, we had 198 queries in the top 10.
- As of August 15, 2024, even after our collaboration ended, the site was still crushing it: 209 queries in the top 10 for Miami and 204 for Brickell. That's long-term impact!
Massive increase in calls and inquiries.

- October 2022: 65 unique calls (51 new numbers).
- October 15 - November 14, 2022: 133 unique calls (up from 116 in the previous similar period). Email inquiries jumped from 2 to 21.

- June 13 - July 12, 2023: 196 unique calls, 7 text conversations, 55 unique emails.
- July 13 - August 12, 2023: 288 unique calls, 7 text conversations, 74 unique emails.
- August 14 - September 13, 2023: 318 unique calls, 77 unique emails.
- October 14 - November 13, 2023: 404 unique calls, 82 unique emails.
- November 14 - December 12, 2023: 80 unique emails.
- December 13 - January 11, 2024: 72 unique emails.
Optimized Google Ads campaigns. We consistently tested new settings and boosted the effectiveness of the ad campaigns. The average cost per click dropped to $0.669.
Our approach ain't about quick fixes. We're all about building a long-term strategy that delivers sustainable growth. Even after we wrapped up with SoleaBrickellSpa, their site is still on an upward trajectory, proving our solutions work.
