FAQ
You can reach us by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. Our team is ready to discuss your project and offer the best solutions for its implementation.
Preparatory Stage:
- We discuss the idea/task/technical specifications provided by the client. If necessary, we arrange a call with the client.
- We conduct a quick analysis and outline an approximate budget.
For small projects:
- Contract and invoices – legal aspects, agreement, and signing of documents.
- We take a prepayment and start work (prepayment is not required for regular clients).
- Work is carried out according to the technical specifications, with revisions made based on client feedback.
- Final approval and project publication.
For large projects:
- Contract and invoices – legal aspects, agreement, and signing of documents.
- Payment for prototype development.
- Based on the prototype, we agree on the overall functionality of the system.
- We estimate and plan the sprints.
- Work is carried out according to the technical specifications, with revisions made based on client feedback.
- Long-term project support.
Discussion Stage:
For simple websites – we determine the type of site, integrations, and any additional requests.
For startups (usually involving a complex service) – we define the functionality, integrations, and the project's future development steps (usually requiring ongoing support and the implementation of new features).
For revising an existing website – we assess the system, examine the code, and determine what needs to be implemented.
Work Evaluation:
Backend, design, frontend. We define the team composition – how many and what type of developers are needed and how many hours the development will take. Initially, we provide a rough estimate to give the client an understanding of the potential cost. Then, we perform a precise calculation.
You will need either to adapt a ready-made solution or develop a custom one tailored to your business. We assist with adapting existing ERP systems or creating a custom ERP solution.
Adapting Ready-Made Solutions
Third-party services can be specialized for your business (e.g., for dentistry or accounting), or they can be general-purpose platforms like AmoCRM. General-purpose services need to be configured to meet the specific needs of a business (for example, a real estate agency).
Even the most versatile ERP systems need to be customized for your business. Typically, businesses use only 5% of the potential of ready-made ERP systems because these systems are overloaded and difficult to navigate.
Custom ERP Development
ERP customization is necessary for automating tasks such as publishing listings on a website (including photo uploads, category selection), integration with payment gateways, and connection to 3PL services.
However, developing a custom ERP system is often simpler and more effective than adapting a ready-made one. Your team will find it easier to work with a custom system.
It’s an opportunity to outperform your competitors: offering more functionality (that can’t be achieved with standard solutions), faster performance (due to the absence of unnecessary code). Additionally, your site will be highly prepared for adding new functionality, API integrations, and scalability.
Yes, it is. We commit to not publishing your company’s data on our website (logo and company name). Additionally, we will not feature your project as a case study for development and promotion on our site (anonymized publication of the case is permitted: without your company’s name, the client’s full name, or screenshots from your website). The terms are discussed directly with the client.
You can simply send us your domain. In this case, traffic information will be gathered from open sources and may not be 100% accurate. For a more detailed audit, you should provide access to Google Analytics and Google Search Console. You can also send any reports on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and data from other services.
We usually place our logo with a link in the footer of the client’s project. This doesn’t affect your project, as the link is no-follow and won’t be indexed. If you need to work under a White Label system, this can be discussed and included in the contract separately.
The website can be hosted on your server. In this case, you are responsible for the hosting fees, and if necessary, we can contact technical support on your behalf. If you prefer, we can host the new project on our hosting service. In any case, you will have full access to your project.
All projects we develop come with an admin panel. This means that 90% of the content can be edited through fields in the admin panel. We can train your staff to manage the project and provide short instructions for the most complex actions in the system.
Yes, when you order website development, we provide one month of free technical support. When you order website promotion, we offer a free technical audit of the project (an analysis of the website's condition and a review of 2-3 competitors).
