The client's goal
Increase organic visibility and attract more customers through the website. Publish more services on the site and improve the design of the existing pages.
For this project, numerous hour-long discussions with specialists were required to present information about each procedure correctly. The website was handed over in poor condition by previous contractors, and access to the domain and server was lost.
Solution
Since the website was ranked at zero positions, we planned comprehensive SEO promotion. A roadmap was created for the coming months. An additional challenge was that the website was entirely in HTML and lacked an admin panel. Therefore, we proposed migrating it to WordPress. The website's theme is YMYL, as it is related to health topics (wellness center). To promote it in Google Organic, it was necessary to confirm expertise and list specialists on the pages. To prepare such content, we met in person several times with the client's staff.

Web development
All pages of the website were in HTML and lacked an admin panel, so we planned to migrate it to WordPress.
Our development team carried out the migration of the website to WordPress. To do this, we integrated the HTML layout into the new website and populated it with content.
SEO
The website had zero positions and around 20 pages, so we started with quality content development and optimization.
We conducted an audit of the website, identified errors affecting SEO, and fixed them.
Tech. Report Solea Wellness
We set up 301 redirects from the old URLs to the new ones, partially preserving the structure.
We gathered and clustered the semantic core, distributing keywords across the pages. The keyword research was quite challenging, as most queries were long-tail. The procedure names were complex, and people searched for them in various ways.
We studied the top competitor websites, identified their successful strategies, and implemented the best practices.
We wrote expert articles considering EEAT, as the wellness topic falls under YMYL. The list of procedures was constantly expanding—for example, acupuncture and chiropractic were added. Each page launch was preceded by extensive research. We held several lengthy meetings with the client’s representatives to accurately describe the procedures.
We added photos and descriptions. We deleted the old Solea Wellness profile and ensured the updated profile appeared for brand-related search queries.
We optimized metadata, set up internal linking, and improved content formatting. Some changes were made through developers, as headers were duplicated in several places in the admin panel.
Marketing
To track performance, a call tracking system was set up.
We set up advertising campaigns in Google Ads, increasing the conversion rate.
We added photos, descriptions, and categories. We interacted with Yelp managers to improve visibility.
Achievements
Thanks to a comprehensive approach, the Solea Wellness website achieved significant results.
Reaching the top 5 for key search queries.

Second screenshot: Impressions trend over 12 months shows consistent growth.
We were focused on increasing the average order value and leads, as per the project agreement – so we tracked every lead. And we succeeded in showing good results from Google Organic promotion and advertising campaigns.
