Solution
SEO Optimization + Google Ads. The new version of the website was designed to combine four regional versions of the website (one admin panel for four projects). Promotion was carried out in parallel with the development of the new website to ensure a smooth transition and maintain current search rankings.
Design
Webdelo developed a new and modern website design. It was different in structure, with new sections added, including a portfolio, testimonials, and a blog.
For the old version of the website, the designer prepared advertising banners.
Creating the Prototype of the New Website
Prototypes were created for all page types – 17 in total, plus modal windows. The prototypes were approved by the client.
Website Design
A total of 17 page layouts was created – both desktop and mobile versions. Several calls were held with the client during the design development, and the feedback and ideas received were implemented.

10% Off a New Fence for Hurricane Victims. Hurricane "Milton" became the third hurricane to strike Florida since the beginning of 2024. Less than two weeks earlier, on September 26, Hurricane "Helen" caused destruction and loss of life. Hurricane "Milton" caused significant damage to the western coast of Florida, especially in Sarasota County.
Web development
Task: Create a website with support for multiple domains and languages, ensuring centralized management of content and SEO settings.
The call tracking system was set up to track call sources.
Goals were added in Google Analytics to evaluate the performance of the current website.
The new website was developed using JavaScript with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) for page rendering.
The website was built with a unified management interface for different domains and language versions. Content managers can manage all pages, update texts, images, and meta-data in one place, significantly simplifying project maintenance and development. Content can be quickly adapted for various regions, taking local specifics into account and making changes without the need to edit each site individually.
Thanks to the unified platform, updates occur instantly across all connected websites, ensuring operational efficiency and minimizing the risk of errors. As a result, the project owner received a convenient tool for scalable management of a large number of websites without increasing support costs.
At times, the website loaded slowly, and we identified the root cause. We carried out speed optimization work, and as a result, the website passed the speed test, achieving Core Web Vitals Assessment: Passed (the data on the screenshot is based on Core Web Vitals metrics for the last 28-day data collection period).
SEO
As part of SEO, we focused on eliminating technical issues, improving content, and optimizing search engine results.
The 5 most critical issues:
- There was no redirect from www to the main domain.
- The canonical tag was missing.
- Pages were opening with an additional category /public/.
- The robots.txt file was absent.
- A full copy of the website was accessible on the subdomain https://mail.neweurofences.com and had already been indexed.
These issues were addressed first. To resolve the remaining technical audit concerns, efforts from copywriters and SEO specialists were required – reducing spammy content and refining missed metadata (Meta-title, Meta-description).

Data was collected for 11 indicators, with some data gathered through 3 third-party services. Visibility data was calculated independently based on frequency and positions in organic search.
A list of pages was created, and canonical URLs were defined to prevent duplication.
Regular submission of pages for re-crawling to speed up indexing via Google API, which was still operational at the time.
Key phrases were collected and grouped by categories for page optimization. The semantic core was assembled through the analysis of effective keywords in Google Search Console, manual selection in Keyplanner, and by identifying missed semantics based on three competitors.
Meta tags, headers, and page content were optimized. Spam content was corrected, and texts were made unique. The texts were sent for editing to improve readability and prepare them for publication.
Marketing
Advertising campaigns were launched and adjusted to improve their effectiveness.
An advertising strategy was developed, and expert campaigns in Google Ads were created. Regular checks of Search Terms, budget adjustments, and targeting expansion were conducted. Campaign performance was monitored, and different placement strategies were tested.
10% Off a New Fence for Hurricane Victims. We quickly responded by offering a discount on metal fence installation for those affected. This was especially relevant, as many people had wooden or plastic fences, which are not suitable for hurricane-prone areas.
Achievements
Within 3 months, we were able to show an increase in the visibility of the project. The growth in queries occurred across several clusters.
The website ranks highly for most key phrases. The merging of duplicate pages was successfully completed. Positions didn’t drop, but instead, strengthened.
