Client's Goal

The client wanted to increase the website's visibility in organic search results and attract new patients. The main services offered by Dr. Svetlana's dental clinic include fillings, braces, dental implants, crowns, veneers, and complete smile transformations. The issue was that many new dental clinics were opening nearby, increasing competition.

Solution

To achieve the desired results, we revamped the existing pages, improved quality of content, reduced information that could be flagged as spam, and enhanced the visual design without a full website redesign. The website had access issues, so we had to change the domain for promotion. To remain on the same page throughout the whole process, we conducted several meetings with the doctor. In addition to promoting the existing services, we started targeting more complex keywords, such as "full mouth reconstruction."

To ensure that all our information was correct and we were utilizing it to our best ability; we held numerous personal meetings with Dr. Svetlana to receive answers to our questions and to gather new case studies.

Development

Multilingual Functionality

We added functionality to display the Russian-language version of the website, which allowed us to reach the Russian-speaking audience in Miami.

We created a case section and also implemented the ability to display case studies on service pages.

Potential patients had the opportunity to see real examples of work, which increases trust and helps patients feel more confident in their decision.

Call Tracking System Integration

We implemented a call tracking system to analyze call quality and identify the most conversion-driven channels.

Promotion

The website had previously been underpromoted, so we opted for a comprehensive approach: we scaled the structure, added a Russian version, and conducted a series of SEO activities.

Technical Audit

We conducted a website audit, identified, and fixed technical errors affecting indexing and page load speed. After optimization, the website became faster and more user-friendly.

30-page Keyword Research

We gathered key search queries, grouped them by themes, and distributed them across the pages. This approach enabled us to effectively target the search interests of our audience, enhance the site’s relevance to user queries, and improve its chances of ranking highly for the desired services.

Competitor Analysis

We researched competitors' websites, identified their successful strategies, and adapted the best practices.

Expert-level E-E-A-T content

We developed expert content based on EEAT principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) in both English and Russian. In addition to text materials, we created video content, uploaded it to social media, and integrated it into the website to enhance audience engagement. This increased trust from potential patients — especially toward complex and costly procedures.


After optimizing and promoting key pages such as "Veneers" and "Full Mouth Reconstruction", we focused on describing services that highlight the practices expertise. We provided detailed explanations of advanced diagnostic methods; such as the concept of “the golden ratio" and the use of “gas sedation”. This helped showcase the broad and well-rounded expertise of the practice, as well at their ability to offer high-end services.

We optimized existing and new pages: updated metadata, implemented internal linking, corrected keyword and LSI phrase spam, and structured the hierarchy of subheadings.

We engaged well-known personalities, developed scripts for them, and organized joint shoots with the doctors. This helped enhance the clinic's reputation and highlight that it is chosen by public figures and respected individuals.

Actual patient case studies

We requested all case studies and patient histories. Based on this data, we prepared detailed descriptions and published them on the website – in the case studies section and on service pages. This allowed us to showcase the clinic's years of experience and its wide range of professional achievements.

Blog

We gathered informational traffic through high-frequency keywords and integrated the clinic's services into them. We implemented internal linking and distributed the document weight.
